Ｔｅｒｒａ　ｄｉ　ｓａｎｍｉ　シリーズ

地元の土を使って仕上げた作品です。

工房は古い納屋を改修したものですが、そのとき見つけた美しい土でこの作品が出来ました。

今回は、子ども工作教室の「粘土絵の具づくり」を参考に、香白圭の粘土仕上げを探ってみました。

形は３型。　「kototo」　　　「sototo」　　　「tototo」　　　　　　　

色は３色。　「とのいろ」　　「どいろ」　　「はいそら」　

組み合わせは９通りになります。

 土からできる風合いは独特で、ちょっとした野暮ったさ、自由な曲線、個性的なのにどんなものでも受け入れてくれそうな存在感が素敵です。いつも気づかされる事ですが自然からなる物には敵わないです。

「Terra di sanmi」 series

This work is finished using local soil.

The workshop is an old barn that has been renovated, and this work was created using the beautiful clay that I found at the time.

This time, I thought about KAHAKUKEI's clay finish, referring to "Making clay paints" from a children's crafting class.

The shape is ３ types.　　　「kototo」　　　「sototo」　　　「tototo」

The color is ３ colors.　　　「tonoshiro」　　「doiro」　　　「haisora」

There are nine combinations.

The texture made from clay is unique, with a slightly rustic feel, free curves, and a unique presence that seems to accept anything. As I am always reminded, nothing can compete with things made from nature.
